Lagardère AWPL is seeking a hands‐on Head Chef to lead multiple outlets at Sunshine Coast Airport and drive culinary excellence at scale.

You will manage a talented team across cafés, restaurants and production kitchens, ensuring top quality, cost control and safe, compliant operations in a rapid‐paced travel hub environment.

Join a dynamic, customer‐facing kitchen, shaping concepts, menus and standards while mentoring chefs and coordinating with senior leaders to achieve ambitious targets.
