Our flagship North Sydney store is Australia's first RIEDEL Boutique, showcasing premium glassware from all three brands in a unique retail environment.
About the Role n
We're looking for an engaging and customer-focused Casual Sales Assistant to join our Boutique team every Saturday from
9:00 am to 5:00 pm
.
n
Working alongside the Boutique Manager, you'll assist customers with product selection and purchases, while helping maintain the exceptional presentation standards of the store.
Key Responsibilities n
Welcome customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable service.
n
Assist with product selection and recommendations.
n
Process sales using the POS system.
n
Develop product knowledge across RIEDEL, SPIEGELAU and NACHTMANN.
n
Maintain store displays and presentation, including washing and polishing glassware.
n
Replenish stock and assist with deliveries and stocktakes.
n




Wrap and package customer purchases.
n
Assist with general day-to-day Boutique operations.
About You: n
You'll ideally have:
n
Previous customer service experience in retail or hospitality.
n
A confident, friendly and skilled approach.
n
An interest in wine, premium retail, design or homewares.
n
Strong attention to detail and pride in store presentation.
n
A reliable, proactive and hands‐on attitude.
n
An enthusiasm for learning about our products.
n
Availability to work every Saturday from
9:00 am to 5:00 pm
.
n
Experience in premium retail, wine, hospitality or homewares would be an advantage but isn't essential. Full product training will be provided.
n
Staff purchasing benefits are available, with the chance for additional casual hours during peak periods, events, and staff leave coverage.
