Palm Lake Care Bargara is seeking a Service Manager Support to join the Service Manager in leading day-to-day operations, ensuring exceptional hospitality and compliance for residents, families and staff.
This full-time role offers 38 hours per week across Monday to Friday.
The ideal candidate brings hospitality leadership experience, solid communication, and a commitment to safe, resident-centred service delivery in a regulated setting.
