Working within a fast-paced, high-volume environment, you will help lead service, maintain exceptional beverage standards, and contribute to a positive and skilled team culture.

Key Responsibilities /n

Support the day-to-day management of bar operations

/n
/n

Lead service in a rapid-paced, high-volume environment

/n
/n

Deliver exceptional cocktails and memorable guest experiences

/n
/n

Train, mentor, and motivate the bar team

/n
/n

Maintain high standards of beverage quality, consistency, and presentation

/n
/n

Assist with stock control, ordering, and inventory management

/n

Ensure compliance with venue procedures, licensing requirements, and service standards

/n
/n

Lead by example and contribute to a positive, skilled team culture

/n

About You /n

/n
/n

Minimum 2 years' experience in a supervisory or management role

/n
/n

Comprehensive understanding of wine, spirits and cocktail composition

/n
/n

Experience in stock control, with strong organisational skills and attention to detail

/n
/n

Demonstrated ability to train and lead a team

/n
/n

Passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences

/n
/n

Available to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays

/n
