We are seeking a medical receptionists to join our team at Medicross Bald Hills on a casual basis. Immediate Start.

Your daily tasks will include (but are not limited to)

/n

Answering phone calls and booking appointments

/n
Patient billing

/n
Scanning information onto the system

/n
Updating medical records and patient information

/n
Supporting practice manager and doctors whilst working as part of a team.

/n

/n

Exceptional Customer Service skills

Skilled & personable telephone manner

/n
Multi-tasking, initiative and problem-solving skills

/n
A sense of urgency, compassion, and professionalism

/n
Must be available to work Monday – Fridays between 7 am – 5 pm .
