APM is seeking a qualified health skilled to conduct Residential Aged Care Funding Assessments across the Fitzroy region, using the AN-ACC tool. The role offers autonomy, travel to aged care homes, and part time, 3 days per week permanent employment.

You will interview residents and staff, review health records, triangulate data, and inform funding classifications. Australian registration (AHPRA) and dementia experience are required; locum travel across the region and some training are
