About the Role /n

An exciting prospect exists for a Dental Receptionist to join our Our Medical team.

Key Responsibilities /n

/n
Deliver exceptional customer service as the first point of contact for patients

/n
Manage patient enquiries, appointments, records, payments and re-bookings

/n
Support dentists and the clinical team with administrative tasks

/n
Order stock and coordinate supplies for the clinic

/n
Ensure the reception and clinic areas are well presented, organised, and welcoming

/n
Communicate effectively with dentists, dental assistants, patients, and suppliers

/n




Contribute to a collaborative and positive team setting

/n
A commitment to building a collegial team, always operating in a constructive and co-operative manner

/n
A genuine interest in helping people access better oral healthcare

/n

About You /n

You are a friendly, organised, and customer-focused qualified who enjoys working in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

You will bring:

Exceptional customer service skills with a patient-first mindset

/n
Previous experience in dental administration (preferred)

/n
Experience with patient management systems (Dental4Windows highly regarded)

/n
Strong time management and prioritisation skills

/n
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders

/n
A collaborative and team-oriented approach

/n
A genuine passion for helping people access better oral healthcare
