Job Description

Randstad partners with an upper‑tier contractor to deliver a flagship high‑voltage energy transmission package in Gippsland, Traralgon. The Lead Construction Manager with civil/structural experience will lead earthworks, foundations, and handover with a solid safety and quality focus.

Based near Traralgon, you will manage procurement, subcontractor negotiations, and end-to-end P&L; accountability, ensuring project milestones are met on time and within budget.
