Job Description
Kempe Engineering in Geelong, Australia, seeks a Workshop Supervisor to lead a trades team in overhauls, repairs and assembly.
You will run the machine shop, supervise processes and liaise with client engineers to prioritise work and ensure quality and safety standards.
The role requires a Fitter and Turner qualification with machining, strong CNC experience, and proven leadership.
You'll mentor apprentices and contribute to continuous improvement in a high‐calibre, safety‐conscious workplace.
