ThompsonCook is seeking an Investment Analyst in Melbourne to join a growing property development and investment team.
You will build and maintain complex financial models for development, acquisitions and joint ventures, supporting equity/debt decisions and presenting to the investment committee.
The role requires strong modelling skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to translate financial outputs into explicit insights.
