Project Coordinator with Baseline Clearance

Green Light is seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of projects by providing administrative, reporting, and coordination support to Project Managers and project teams.
This role plays a key part in ensuring project activities are well-organised, documented, and communicated, while maintaining project records, schedules, and reporting requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day administrative support to Project Managers and project teams.
Coordinate and schedule project meetings, workshops, and events.
Record and distribute meeting minutes, key decisions, risks, issues, and action items.
Maintain and update project documentation, registers, plans, and governance artefacts.
Ensure project records and files are accurate, organised, and up to date.
Track and monitor project actions, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
Prepare and coordinate project status reports, presentations, and reporting packs.
Collect, analyse, and present project data to support informed decision-making.
Assist with the preparation of project governance documentation and audit requirements.
Support risk, issue, change, and dependency management processes.
Facilitate the collation and distribution of project information and artefacts.
Liaise with stakeholders across business and technical teams to obtain project updates and information.




Provide ad‐hoc administrative and coordination support as required.
Essential
Previous experience in a Project Coordinator, Project Administrator, PMO, or similar support role.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience preparing reports, presentations, and project documentation.
Ability to take accurate meeting minutes and track actions.
Strong attention to detail and record management capabilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Robust stakeholder engagement and relationship-driving skills.
Desirable
Experience working in a PMO or project delivery environment.
Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery.
Experience using project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Confluence, or SharePoint.
Relevant project management qualifications or certifications (e.g., PRINCE2 Foundation, CAPM, PMO-related certifications).
