Job Description
CareWays Community in Dapto NSW is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to join the Community Care Team.
The role focuses on rostering care workers for Support at Home and CHSP, working onsite five days a week.
You will manage rosters, balance client needs with staff skills, monitor hours, arrange replacements and ensure compliance.
Solid organisation, communication and knowledge of SCHADS Award are essential.
