Job Description
Australian Society Care in Ballarat Region is seeking a female support worker to assist a participant in office.
You will help with mobility, including wheelchair transfers, and ensure safe, compassionate, person-centered care in daily activities.
Join a team focused on complex mental health support, MS-related care, and goal-oriented outcomes; you will document shift notes and follow the participant's plan to support confidence and wellbeing.
