Job Description
Bathersby Legal, a Sunshine Coast based law firm with an office in Maroochydore, invites applications for a Commercial Litigation Lawyer to join the team on a full time basis.
The successful candidate will handle commercial litigation matters for Principals, owners, contractors and sub-contractors across residential, commercial, industrial and civil projects.
Requirements include a law degree, 3-5+ years in commercial litigation, strong research and analysis skills, excellent written and verbal
