Job Description

The Star Sydney invites applications for a Chef de Cuisine in our Commissary Kitchen, reporting to the Executive Sous Chef. You will lead a talented team and bring out the best in our kitchen across Sydney venues. You will participate in menu development, pricing, training plans, and ensure explicit communication between kitchen, management, and guests.
