Job Description

Hookd On Seafood in Morayfield, QLD, is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager for a hands-on, part time role (20+ hours per week). You’ll work with the owners to keep daily operations running smoothly and drive explicit performance KPIs.

Lead shifts, coach the team, deliver excellent service, support rostering and stock control, and maintain food safety and presentation standards. Full availability across nights and weekends is essential; RSA or willingness to obtain one.
