Job Description
Latrobe City Council is seeking a Planning Compliance Officer to investigate planning enforcement matters and conduct site inspections, audits and investigations.
You will prepare reports and documentation for matters proceeding to VCAT or court and provide specialist advice on compliance matters.
You will work with property owners, developers and the community to promote understanding of planning controls, encouraging ongoing compliance and continuous process improvement.
