We are looking for a self-starting, experienced Desktop Technical Support Officer who will possess the following experience:
Proven experience in a ServiceDeskenvironmentresolvinglevel 1 & 2 issues
Deployment of laptops - reimaging.
Working in a large enterprise environment supporting customers over the phone
Good troubleshooting and problem solving experience across the Microsoft technology stack
A proactive nature, an enthusiastic attitude and a genuine desire to help people;

Patching / basic cisco skills
Microsoft Office ;

Intune
