Job Description
Impact Care Solutions is seeking Therapeutic Youth Workers to provide trauma-informed, strengths-based care for young people in residential OOHC in Western Sydney.
Roles include full-time, part-time and casual positions across a 24/7 program.
You will build secure relationships, support routines and life skills, and implement de-escalation strategies while working with a therapeutic care team.
OS & CALD considerations apply; WWCC and clearances required.
