Job Description
Queens Beach Hotel, part of ALH Hotels, invites a Guest Services Supervisor to join our team in the Whitsundays a busy hospitality hub.
You will support the Venue Manager, lead the guest service team, and ensure our accommodation meets the ALH standard.
You will coach staff, model safety and procedures, and drive memorable guest experiences.
The role is hands-on, requires lifting, and values passion, teamwork and a can-do attitude.
