Job Description
BlueCare is seeking a Gardener for Argyle Gardens Retirement Living in Bundaberg.
You'll join a grounds team to maintain lawns, hedges and outdoor spaces, contributing to resident comfort and safety.
The role requires experience in gardening, knowledge of protected pesticide practices and a current Australian driver's license.
It is a permanent full-time position with salary packaging options and staff discounts.
