Job Description

JW Marriott Surfers Paradise is seeking a Teppanyaki Chef to engage with guests, entertain, and deliver a unique dining experience. You will work in front of the restaurant, cooking hot meals on hibachi tables, ensuring correct portions and maintaining clean, sanitized work areas.

Successful candidates will have teppanyaki, sushi and pan-Asian knowledge, solid English communication, and previous Teppanyaki chef experience.
