Job Description

IUIH is seeking a Medical Receptionist for our Strathpine clinic in Queensland. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, effective appointment scheduling, and accurate data and claims management within a multidisciplinary team.

The position supports patient flow, prepares files for clinicians, and ensures timely processing of Medicare, PIP and Work Cover claims in a culturally protected setting.
