The Prospect: /n
The 13th Beach Clubhouse is seeking energetic and experienced hospitality Supervisors, Waitstaff, Runners, Bartenders and Baristas to join the team to deliver an exceptional experience for our club members and guests, and to work with talented and passionate hospitality professionals.
Golfing experience valued but not required.
/n
Operating 7 days including breakfast, lunch & dinner, the role offers excellent flexibility across working days, shift times and durations.
Ideal Candidates Must Have: /n
/n
Experience in a FOH role in a restaurant or bar setting
/n
Demonstrated experience in exceeding guest expectations
/n
Outgoing personality, and a genuine interest in food and beverage
/n
Outstanding time management, work ethic, and attention to detail
/n
Skilled presentation and exceptional communication
/n
Experience leading and training teams for Supervisor roles
/n
Requirements /n
/n
Availability to work a rotating roster including opening and closing shifts, weekends and public holidays
/n
Understanding of Food Safety and OH&S; standards and compliance
