The Salvation Army Australia is seeking a Scheduling Manager to lead workforce rostering across our residential aged care services. This senior role guides a seven-person team, maintaining approved rosters, meeting care-minute targets and driving workforce performance for sustainable operations.
You will partner with Centre Managers and People & Culture to optimise scheduling using UKG, Emprevo and Workday, ensure compliance and deliver insights that support informed staffing decisions.
