Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort and Elysia Wellness Retreat in Current South Wales are seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team on a casual basis. This role supports the smooth operation of the kitchen, ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation and hygiene.

Key responsibilities include assisting in cooking, plating to brand standards, helping with rosters, stock control, cleaning, and contributing to new menu development with the Head Chef.
