Job Description
Nextgen Civil is seeking a Site Manager to lead on-site operations for subdivision projects in regional NSW. You will supervise day-to-day activities, coordinate subcontractors, and drive productivity while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

You will run pre-start meetings, manage deliveries, and maintain project logs, reporting to the project manager. A robust background in bulk earthworks, roadworks, and utilities, plus NSW WHS knowledge, is essential.
