About the Role n
With an exciting pipeline of current publishing launching this year, our Primary Sales team is expanding! We're now looking for a
passionate, driven and customer‐focused Primary Sales Consultant
to help us bring our market‐leading Primary resources to even more schools across Australia.
n
The role will be
based at our Docklands Head Office
, supporting
Regional Victoria, Tasmania and the Northern Territory
.
n
You'll receive all the training and support required to be successful in the role, including a detailed four‐week induction program, ongoing mentoring and coaching, and the guidance of an experienced and highly supportive team every step of the way!
n

What You'll Do n
As a Primary Sales Consultant, you'll be at the forefront of showcasing our trusted resources and shaping meaningful connections with educators.
n
You will:

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
and celebrate your wins
n
Identify and pursue new growth opportunities
with both new and existing school customers
n
Deliver
compelling product presentations
through virtual school meetings with school leaders and phone consultations
n
Build strong, lasting relationships
with key decision-makers in primary schools
n
Maintain accurate and insightful customer information using our
CRM systems
n
Contribute to and execute our
sales strategy
, aligning your territory's priorities with broader business goals
n
About You n
You're someone who thrives on building relationships, loves a good challenge,
and brings energy and professionalism to every interaction.
You must have: n

Proven
sales experience
or
phone-based sales success
n
A
customer-first mindset
and genuine passion for education
n
Strong written and verbal communication skills
n
Excellent
time management and organisational skills
n
Computer literacy, including the Microsoft Office Suite
n
Experience using
Salesforce CRM
or similar
n
A tertiary qualification (advantageous but not essential)
n
