Job Description

Turramurra Italian Pty Ltd is seeking 2 experienced Cooks with a sound understanding of Italian cuisine to join a busy commercial kitchen. You will maintain consistency in food preparation, cooking, presentation, hygiene and service standards.

Responsibilities include preparing Italian dishes, mise en place, pasta and sauce work, pizza prep, ingredient checks, stock rotation, and maintaining a clean, protected kitchen.
