We are seeking a highly organised and proactive qualified to support the feasibility and planning phase of a large-scale digital transformation program. This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with business, clinical, and technology stakeholders while contributing to the development of a significant business case and implementation roadmap.

Key Responsibilities /n

/n
Coordinate and facilitate workshops with clinical, operational, and technology stakeholders.

/n
Act as the primary liaison between project stakeholders and external vendors.

/n
Manage project schedules, meeting agendas, minutes, action registers, decision logs, and risk registers.

/n
Support the development of project deliverables, including:

/n
Current-state assessments

/n
Future-state workflow discussions

/n
Benefits identification

/n
Business case inputs

/n
Monitor progress against milestones and elevate risks, issues,



and dependencies.

/n
Support governance activities, steering committee meetings, and working groups.

/n
Produce weekly status reports summarising progress, risks, issues, key decisions, and upcoming activities.

/n
Demonstrated experience supporting complex projects or programs.

/n
Strong stakeholder engagement, coordination, and communication skills.

/n
Experience facilitating workshops and maintaining project documentation.

/n
Experience working with third-party vendors and service providers.

/n
Excellent organisational skills with robust attention to detail.

/n

Highly Desirable /n

Understanding of healthcare technology systems within a hospital setting.

/n
Experience supporting large-scale ICT or digital transformation initiatives.

/n
Experience contributing to feasibility studies, business case development, and governance processes.
