About the role /n

We’re on the lookout for a dedicated and detail-oriented Sanitation Team Member to help maintain our food manufacturing facility to the highest standards. This role on offer is Monday to Thursday starting from 11am - 8pm and Friday 8am - 4pm.

Key Responsibilities /n

/n
Thoroughly clean and sanitise production equipment, machinery, and surfaces to meet food safety standards.

/n
Disinfect restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas.

/n
Remove rubbish and recycling from designated areas.

/n
Monitor and restock cleaning supplies as needed.

/n
Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.

/n
Operate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers and pressure washers.

/n
Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

/n




Assist with additional tasks assigned by the Sanitation Team Leader or Manager.

What We’re Looking For /n

/n
Previous cleaning experience in a food manufacturing or industrial setting (preferred).

/n
Knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, and secure chemical handling.

/n
Familiarity with WHS and HACCP principles.

/n
Experience operating cleaning equipment like floor scrubbers and pressure washers.

/n
Solid attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.

/n
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

/n
