Job Description
SMYA Group is seeking an experienced Work Health & Safety Advisor to lead and elevate safety across Australia and Recent Zealand. You will shape the WH&S; strategy, manage the WH&S; Management System, and ensure compliance while driving a proactive safety culture across multiple sites.

Reporting to the General Manager - Human Resources, you will partner with senior leaders, develop training frameworks, and provide executive reporting to drive engagement and continuous improvement.
