We're looking for a commercially driven
Business Development / Account Manager
to grow new business, strengthen existing customer relationships and build a healthy sales pipeline across Australia.
What you'll be doing n
n
Win new business and grow existing accounts
n
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
n
Develop long term customer relationships
n
Prepare customer briefs, RFQs and quotations
n
Work closely with Estimating, Customer Service, Prepress and Production
n
Meet sales and gross profit targets
n
Attend industry events and identify new market opportunities
n
What we're looking for n
We are looking for someone who is commercially sharp, proactive and genuinely customer focused.
n
You will ideally bring:

Strong business development and account management experience
n
Experience in labels,



print or a related manufacturing environment
n
Excellent communication and relationship building skills
n
Strong commercial awareness and customer focus
n
A proactive, resilient and hands on approach
n
Outstanding organisation, attention to detail and follow through
n

You are comfortable getting into the detail, asking the right questions and working with operational teams to make sure the customer gets the right solution.
