As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Maintenance Team Lead (Electrical or Mechanical) to join our Operations team at our Forrestfield facility.
About The Role n
This is a hands‐on leadership role responsible for leading day-to-day maintenance activities across our manufacturing operation. You will drive preventative maintenance strategies, respond to breakdowns, and support safe, reliable, and efficient production outcomes.

The role is suited to a trade-qualified Electrical or Mechanical professional with solid leadership capability, a proactive mindset, and experience within manufacturing, heavy industry, or mining environments.
Key Responsibilities n
n
Lead and support maintenance activities across plant and workshop equipment
n
Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance to minimise downtime
n
Diagnose and resolve electrical and/or mechanical faults
n
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
n
Supervise and support trades personnel, providing technical guidance where required
n
Manage maintenance schedules, work orders, documentation, and reporting
n
Support continuous improvement and reliability initiatives
n
Maintain accurate maintenance, safety, and compliance records
n
What you will bring: n
n
Trade qualified Electrician or Mechanical Fitter (or equivalent)
n
Experience in industrial, manufacturing, heavy industry, or mining environments
n
Proven leadership or supervisory experience within a maintenance team
n
Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting capability
n
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
n
Strong communication, planning, and organisational skills
n
Commitment to safety and best-practice maintenance standards
