The State Manager – Victoria / Tasmania, is instrumental in developing and improving Stoddart's market share for a variety of food service equipment and brands. As a senior sales role in the food service industry, success can be demonstrated through an ability to quickly establish rapport with a variety of stakeholders, inspired leadership of a motivated sales team and meticulous attention to detail.
More specifically your duties will include the following: n

Generate leads
n
Liaise with marketing regarding recent product and existing product campaigns
n
Secure profitable sales by actioning referred enquiries from various sources
n
Develop or maintain appropriate relationships with existing customers and dealers
n




Liaise with various departments to ensure stock levels and production dates meet customer/dealer delivery expectations
n
Resolve escalated customer issues
n
Provide input into setting of team sales targets and budgets
n
Monitor and control sales budget, including team member sales targets and other KPIs
n
Manage staff performance with a view to continuous improvement
n
Undertake basic staff administration
n

Intermediate level of computer and technical skills in computer software including Enterprise Resource Planning Software and Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams

n
Ability to develop product knowledge over time
n
Ability to work collaboratively with relevant stakeholders
n
Ability to comprehend customer requirements
n
Ability to utilise subject matter experts
n
Ability to efficiently delegate tasks across all of team
