We are looking for a passionate
Team Leader
to lead and mentor our front kiosk team and to take the lead in fueling our diverse community with fresh, nutritious food, high-quality coffee, and top-tier service.
About the Role n
We are looking for an energetic and experienced
Team Leader
to run daily operations in a fast-paced setting. You will maintain exceptional standards during peak rushes and help shape our fresh food offerings as our facility grows.
Key Responsibilities n
n
Train, mentor and lead our front of house kiosk/customer service staff.
n
Maintain high food quality standards and assist with healthy menu updates.




n
Oversee opening/closing procedures, food prep and stock control.
n
Maintain strict food safety protocols and hygiene standards.
n
Drive fast, friendly service for everyday patrons and high-performance athletes alike.
n
What We Are Looking For n
n
1-2+ years of supervisory experience in a busy cafe or hospitality venue.
n
Passion for fresh, healthy food and high-volume espresso execution.
n
Current
Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
(or willingness to obtain).
n
Strong communication skills and an energetic, community-minded attitude.
n
Availability for a flexible roster, including early mornings and weekends.
n
