In this casual role, you'll help customers find shoes and accessories they love, provide personalised service, keep the store looking beautiful and bring positive energy to every interaction.

Greeting and welcoming customers in a friendly and professional manner

Actively listening to customer requirements and providing personalised recommendations

Ensuring the shop floor is well-stocked, organised and visually appealing

Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently

Providing a high level of customer service at all times

About you n

Previous experience in a retail or customer service role (Preferred but not necessary)

Customer focused with excellent communication skills

Ability to work well as part of a team and independently

Flexible and adaptable approach to work
