The Role n
This is a fixed‐term contract for 12 months, working 2 days per week. You'll deliver engaging first aid and CPR training across workplaces, schools, and community settings throughout Queensland.
n
Your sessions will be practical, interactive, and scenario-based — helping learners build real confidence, not just complete a certificate.
n
You'll:

Deliver dynamic, hands‐on training sessions
n
Create engaging learner experiences
n
Assess practical competency and provide feedback
n
Adapt training to different industries and learning styles
n
Travel to client locations as required
n
Help people gain skills that could save a life
n
What You'll Bring n
n
Cert IV in Training & Assessment (or equivalent)
n
Experience in training, education, emergency response, healthcare, or similar
n
Strong communication and presentation skills
n
Confidence facilitating groups and engaging learners
n
A professional, reliable, and positive approach
n
Commitment to safety, inclusion, and quality training
n
You'll also need: n
n
Current First Aid & CPR certification
n
Blue Card (or ability to obtain)
n
Criminal History Check (or ability to obtain)
n
Driver's Licence
n
