Panthers Bathurst is seeking a Duty Manager to lead club operations and deliver outstanding service to members and guests. You will coordinate across departments, mentor staff, and ensure a safe, clean environment while upholding policy standards.

The role requires robust leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy hospitality setting. Applicants with RSA/RCG and First Aid are preferred.
