Launch Housing is seeking an Intensive Case Manager to join our Supportive Housing team in a permanent part‐time role based at Dandenong, Victoria. You will provide assertive, versatile outreach to clients with complex needs, develop case plans, and work toward securing and sustaining housing while improving health and community connections.
