Job Description
Omnicare Alliance Limited in Mid North Coast NSW is seeking a People, Culture and Quality (PCQ) Coordinator on a full time fixed-term basis for twelve months to support recruitment, retention and compliance across the organisation.
You will strengthen workforce capability, embed a positive culture, and oversee the volunteer pool and student placement hours while ensuring adherence to Aged Care Quality Standards and NDIS Practice Standards.
