MAMAS Dining Group is expanding its Melbourne venues and seeks experienced Assistant Venue Managers and Supervisors to lead front‐of‐house teams across multiple sites.
You'll partner with the Venue Manager and leadership team to deliver excellent service, uphold standards, and mentor staff on shift.
This hands-on leadership role focuses on excellent service, staff development, and maintaining the high hospitality standards that define MAMAS venues.
