Mineral Resources seeks an Alternate Underground Manager to lead the restart and ramp‐up of the Mount Marion underground operation, guiding production to steady state.
You will report to the Underground Manager and implement processes ensuring safe, productive operations.
This role covers statutory duties, contractor oversight, and on‐site technical functions, with a focus on ramping up teams, readiness, and compliance for long‐term performance.
