Job Description
Brightwater Hotel is seeking an experienced cook to join the kitchen team in a fast-paced, up-to-date venue. You will work with a Head Chef in a friendly, family-like environment and contribute to delivering quality, innovative dishes across diverse cuisines.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years in a professional kitchen, flexible to cover 5 days in a 7-day operation, and holds a trade qualification or equivalent.
