WA Country Health Service in Albany seeks a Clinical Nurse Manager - Perioperative to lead Theatre, DOSA and CSSD across the Great Southern region. You will provide clinical leadership, drive quality and safety, and partner with surgeons, anaesthetists and allied health to deliver patient‐centred perioperative care.
You will manage staffing, budgets and service delivery, foster continuous improvement, and build a robust multidisciplinary team dedicated to service excellence and patient outcomes
