Job Description
YMCA Victoria in Yarrawonga area is seeking a Café Team Leader for a part time role delivering over-the-counter food and beverage service and leading a small team. You will ensure a welcoming customer experience while maintaining stock and daily operations with strong attention to detail.

You will recruit, train and supervise staff, plus provide administrative support for centre operations. Face-to-face service, seasonal rostering and a focus on safety are required.
