Having a Cert III or IV in Commercial Cookery, Advanced or Associate Diploma and minimum 3 years experience in fast paced, high volume venues will certainly enhance your application. Along with this you will be required to have excellent communication skills and a positive attitude geared towards teamwork and continual learning whilst performing all aspects of general kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities: n
n
Planning menus, estimating costs, and ordering supplies.
n
Supervising cooks and kitchen staff, demonstrating techniques, and training.
n
Preparing and cooking food, ensuring quality and presentation.
n
Implementing and enforcing hygiene and safety regulations (HACCP).
n
Must be available to work weekends and flexible shifts as required.
n
Must be willing to commit long term. No short term or traveller positions available.
n
Must have valid Australian work rights and be eligible to work in NSW.
n
Current Food Safety Certificate is essential.
