Job Description
Il Matto in Torquay is seeking experienced kitchen staff to ensure all food is prepared and served according to our recipes, standards, and kitchen procedures.

You will prepare meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables and pasta; manage stock, portion sizes and plating; train and supervise kitchen staff; help plan/menu pricing and create standard recipe cards; maintain clean, protected work areas.
