What you'll work on n
You'll be involved in a broad range of commercial property matters, including:

Property acquisitions and disposals

Commercial leasing
n
Property development matters
n
Due diligence and transactional work
n
Subdivisions and related property matters

General commercial property advice

Skills & experience n
You will be an experienced commercial property lawyer, ideally with
5+ years PAE
, gained within a well-regarded property or real estate practice.

You'll bring:

Solid experience across commercial property transactions
n
Exposure to acquisitions, disposals, leasing and development matters
n
Strong drafting and technical skillsExcellent communication and client relationship skills
n
The ability to manage matters and competing deadlines autonomously

A commercial, collaborative and proactive approach

An interest in mentoring and supporting junior team members
