Casual Chefs
to join our culinary teams and work across both properties.

About the Role n
Working across
Lancemore Macedon Ranges
and
Cleveland Estate
, you'll be part of our kitchen teams delivering high-quality food experiences across weddings, conferences, corporate events, functions and dining operations.
n
With the properties located only 10 minutes apart, you'll have the opportunity to experience two different venues while remaining within the same local area.
n
Key responsibilities include:
n
n
Preparing and plating dishes to a high standard
n
Supporting the team with service flow across restaurant and event operations
n
Maintaining a clean, safe, and well organised work area
n
Adapting to changing service demands and team needs
n
What We're Looking For n
n
Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or higher) is essential
n




Experience in à la carte and/or banquet-style kitchens is
highly regarded
n
Understanding of Australian food safety and HACCP principles
n
Calm under pressure with a reliable, can-do attitude
n
Availability across weekdays, weekends, and public holidays (as rostered)
n
